This blog was inspired by my beloved lecture, Pei-Hsuan Hsieh, in the class of Strategic of Management Technology and Innovation. She is the Assistant Professor at the Department of Industrial and Information Management, College of Management, National Cheng Kung University, Tainan, Taiwan and got Ph.D degree from Pennsylvania State Univer, USA. Her fields are about e-Learning, Web-based Knowledge Management, Action Research, Multimedia and Animation Design.
